When Gordon Grier asked his wife, Evelyn, what she would like for a special anniversary, he thought perhaps she would request something like a trip. Instead, to his surprise, she said she would like a stained glass window.

This window, located in the back section of the sanctuary, was created by Glenn Spicer in 1998, and proclaims "We don't need a special reason or a special time to thank God!".  

Again, the splendor of the Cowichan Valley is illustrated by the sun rising over the water and the unique beauty of the arbutus tree.
